Mike Howard
General Manager
Mike is our #1 guy and handles anything and everything the store could need. He has been managing grocery stores most of his career and he is very passionate about healthy food and supporting our community. He has so many ideas for Third Street Market, and together we are going to accomplish so much. He loves Montana, no place he’d rather be. His favorite thing to do is play in the water… no matter the temperature. You might find him swimming in the lake from Spring to Fall to Winter. He's the guy chilling in a hole cut into the ice.
Trevor Koehn
Assistant Manager
Trevor is our assistant manager, as well as one of our supplements experts here at the market. He has held leadership positions in various health food stores throughout the northwest, and has been building his extensive education in supplements for the past 14 years. Not only can you pick his brain about supplements, but he's the guy to go to if you need anything at all!
Alice Held
Senior Buyer
Alice is our Senior Buyer! She joined Third Street Market to be at the heart of our community while pursuing her interests in local produce, nutrition education, and mindful eating. As an avid mountaineer who's summitted over 100 peaks in Glacier Park, Alice is passionate about sports nutrition for mountain athletes. Alice graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. in Integrative Physiology and worked as a research assistant with the Montana Center for Work Physiology & Exercise Metabolism. When she's not in the store, you'll find her trail running, reading, silversmithing, or creating content for our social media as well as her own. For guidance on supplements or sports nutrition, or concerns regarding grocery, Alice is your gal.
Jen Lumpkins
Customer Service Manager
With 25 years in retail (20 of them being in management), Jen's great attention to detail and organizational skills make her an awesome Customer Service Manager at our little store. Not only is she great at keeping everything running smoothly on the customer service end, she's got quite the creative flair as well! You can see her artistic skills displayed on the chalkboard sign outside the store, as well as in other creative projects our store may need. Her time outside the store is often spent playing video games, reading books, creating art and cooking.
Craig Scott
Customer Service
A longtime Third Street Market customer turned team member, Craig brings his passion for healthy living and community support to everything he does. Having been part of the Whitefish community for years as a former city council member and founder of the local ice arena, he loves connecting with neighbors and championing the importance of shopping locally. Craig especially enjoys helping fellow community members discover new healthy options while building support for our welcoming, knowledgeable team. When he's not at the store, you'll find him with his wife Nancy—who also helps out here—celebrating their two "pretty decent" kids and all things Whitefish.
Unity Loveless
Customer Service
Unity has been part of our team for four years and is our go-to expert for gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and soy-free options! Her passion for innovative food products and warm, outgoing personality make her a customer favorite and the perfect guide for anyone navigating dietary restrictions. Like a true Montanan, Unity spends her free time hiking our beautiful local trails. When you visit, you'll likely be greeted by her bright smile and genuine enthusiasm for helping you find exactly what you need. Milly is surely a helping hand here at the market! She loves making sure our customers are happy and is always looking to help her co-workers whenever she can. She is on a healing journey of changing her lifestyle to find her happier and healthier self, so naturally this market is the right place to be. Arnica Kalwara
Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator
Arnica brings a natural passion for health and wellness to our customer service team. She's quickly becoming well-versed in supplements and nutrition while pursuing her degree in Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design, where she also contributes her creative talents to our social media presence. When not helping customers, you'll find Arnica painting, writing, or exploring the outdoors through hiking, birdwatching, and photography. Lately, she's been creating adorable veggie art that has us all charmed!
Tobi Cain
Customer Service
Tobi brings a depth of knowledge and experience in all things tea to our little market. She was drawn to our store with a desire to create community with a healthy lifestyle. In line with her love of tea, she is very passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle when it comes to mind, body, spirit, and community. Tobi prioritizes her health and strength in order to keep up with her grandchildren, and her hobbies of horseback riding, hiking, and jumping in lakes. If you need any advice in the tea department, Tobi is your gal to ask!
